The City of Edgewater is beginning the update to the Edgewater Sustainability Plan.
Key Points:
Purpose: This plan update is being conducted to ensure Edgewater continues to be a healthy, safe, vibrant, and sustainable city.
Usage: The updates made to the Sustainability Plan will guide city initiatives in Edgewater for the next 5 years.
Process: This update will begin with an assessment of the progress made with Sustainability Plan 2019, followed by identification of the community’s current priorities, and will conclude with the drafting of a strategic update and final plan.
Inclusivity: The plan updates are to include input from residents across all demographics, including age, gender, and ethnicity/race.

A lot of quality input has been gathered on the current state of sustainability in Edgewater through recent stakeholder meetings and the Sustainability Plan survey. Now the City wants to hear your thoughts on what its top sustainability priorities should be going forward.
Join the Community Development / Sustainability Department of Edgewater for a Public Workshop on Thursday, March 13th from 6:00-8:00pm at the Edgewater Civic Center (Council Chambers room):
Arrive by 6pm for a short presentation on the overall Sustainability Plan update process, or
Drop by at any time to learn or participate as much as you want

We are now looking forward to analyzing the results to determine the community's thoughts on sustainability in Edgewater. If you missed the chance to fill out the survey, don't worry!
